NOTICE: OFFICIAL AMENDMENTS TO TIMBER RIDGE RULES & REGULATIONS AS FOLLOWS:
2. Owner/Member must have prior approval of Timber Ridge Management. (Management has the right to refuse any request)
3. A signed contractual agreement must be in place with the Office BEFORE the RV is left unattended.
4. Owner/ Member must supply the Office with a set of keys, tagged, and logged in case of emergency.
5. An extra fee of $10.00 per night will be assessed for each night that the RV is left unattended.
6. All RV hookups must be unhooked and stowed except for the electricity which is for the refrigerator ONLY.
No Heaters and AC units may be left in use while RV is unattended.
7. This will NOT be valid on any holiday time period.
8. (R) Restricted Sites will not be allowed to participate.
9. Unoccupied days WILL count against your 14 days each month.
THIS IS NOT A DROP AND GO POLICY. IF PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT MADE WITH THE TIMBER
RIDGE OFFICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE RULES, THERE WILL BE A $50 PER DAY ABANDONMENT
FINE ASSESSED.
TIMBER RIDGE WILL ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RV LEFT UNOCCUPIED OVERNIGHT.
- Quiet time begins at 11:00pm and ends at 8:00am.
- After hours emergency telephone contact number is 706-809-8892 (emergencies such as water leak, loss of electricity, security risks, etc.)
- Owners/Members may have 2 reservations on the books within a 60 day period, even if the 2 reservations are for the same days.
- RV's may be left unattended for up to 3 days ONLY if the following conditions are met:
