Come be a part of Timber Ridge! Let us be your home in the mountains where wonderful memories are made, plenty of fresh air, and as much down time as you'd like. Timber Ridge is a place where generations of families can gather, with a variety of activities for everyone.

Membership in Timber Ridge offers a maximum of 14 nights per month in your choice of an RV site, a cabin, or a primitive tent site. As Timber Ridge members, you also have access to all of the resort amenities for little to no charge, depending upon the activity. Call the office to schedule a tour or a trial stay with us.

Memberships

Timber Ridge Getaway memberships differ from ownerships in that there is no recorded deed or ownership of any type in the property. Getaway members may not vote or hold office. There is a one-time initiation fee along with annual club dues and maintenance fees.

Timber Ridge Property Owners' Association (TRPOA) is a non-profit company governed by a nine member Board of Directors. All 1500 original ownerships have been sold. Occasionally, we will have a deedback available for resale. Please contact our office for availability and pricing.
